− Sell-in/sell-through/sell-out also take responsibility.
− Manage PSI of customers in charge.
− Regularly visit sales agents in the area under your responsibility.
− Explore and search for potential customers/distributors in the area (Have good relationship with many AC customers is an advantage).
− Grasp the sales situation, customer needs, market needs in the area under your management.
− Prepare, Analyze, Present and introduce products file, frequently update comparison products and price between TCL and competitors, market situation.
− Manage/supervise local sales in the area in-charge to ensure sales policy/promotion approach the sub-dealers/customers.
− Advise on sales programs and policies for TCL products in the industry under your responsibility.
− Allocate plans and monitor, checking and supervise the implementation for local sales, if any.
− Collaborate with Other departments (Marketing, Retail, Finance…) to develop optimal solutions for each Customer
− Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates.
