About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Remote Personal Assistant to support the Manager of a fast-growing logistics company. This role is critical in helping manage daily communications, scheduling, travel, and light administrative tasks, allowing the Manager to focus on business growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Email Management
Review incoming emails daily.
Flag/mark important messages for the Manager’s attention.
Filter out less relevant emails.
Ensure emails are routed to the correct department or person.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Manage both business and personal scheduling needs.
Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and staff.
Track the Manager’s frequent travel (twice a week) and adjust schedules accordingly.
Serve as a point of contact for clients to book meetings.
Administrative Support
Assist with minor paperwork and follow-ups.
Be CC’d on most email exchanges to keep track of tasks and reduce the Manager ’s workload.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Travel
Occasionally travel with the Manager to expos and trade shows.
Assist during business trips and client meetings.
Provide on-the-ground support to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Comfortable working with executives and clients.
Open-minded, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role preferred (but not required).
Ability to travel internationally and domestically (passport and flexibility required).
