Key Responsibilities:
1/ Campaign Planning & Report
- Asist in planning and deploying annual and quarterly promotional calendars, seasonal sales MKT campaign, and new product launch MKT plans across e-commerce platforms, under Lead’s direction.
- Support implementation of media plans in collaboration with media agencies and platform partners for Lazada/Tiki.
- Support budget tracking by monitoring spend vs. plan across campaigns and platforms.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, and sales.
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports, consolidating data from multiple sources.
2/ E- Merchandize
Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to develop marketing visual & content across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, retailer websites, social media)
• Manage asset production timelines from brief → review → approval → upload.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and optimization for each channel’s display standards and brand guideline.
• Manage and organize the asset library; adapt and resize visuals when needed.
• Monitor marketing visual & content performance (CTR, engagement) and recommend improvements.
3/ Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional project tasks, meeting notes, and follow-ups to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure smooth execution by internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
