Responsibilities for AR accountant:
- Create and keep track the price notification
- Receive PO from sales team and make sure the accuracy on the price/ quantity and total
PO amount
- Create SO/ PO on system, send data for issuing invoice
- Track and send the PO report daily
- Monthly import & export warehouse with detail price
- Setup and maintain customer database
Responsibilities for AP accountant:
- Coordinate with Sales operation Department and Sales team to get all sales support
documents properly to check the selling expenses exactly
- Follow the payment procedures and complete AP book on the Accounting system
- Responsible for processing payment on a timely basis and collect enough/sufficient all
payment-related documents
- Assist with the monthly closing on last day every month and accrual process
- Provide supporting documents for audit.
- Be responsible for payables relevant to After-sales expenses.
- Keep track and submit the After-sales reports on time
